- • Intro to Animation: Course covers film animation techniques, history, and theory with technical instruction in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and digital frame capture software. Traditional, hand-drawn, and digital animation methods are utilized.
- Adjunct Faculty, DePaul University, Chicago, IL, School of Computer Science and Digital Media, March 2006 - November 2008. Taught over twenty sections of the following courses:
- • "Motion Design": Self-authored course established in September 2006 as part of requirement for Digital Cinema, Game Design, and Animation majors. Covers foundations of art and design, composition and color theory, and visual aesthetics as applied to digital time-based media. Advanced technical instruction given in Adobe Photoshop and Flash.
• Animation 101 & 201: An introductory course to the art of animation.
• Animation 3: Advanced production workshop focuses on the completion of one significant animated piece. Advanced topics in theory also discussed.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- “The Power of Teamwork: Inspired by the Blue Angels.” Co-producer, editor for motivational documentary based on the Navy Blue Angels flight demonstration team. 2009 – 2010
- Magnetic Inspection Laboratory. Website designer / manager. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of company website, including blog updates, newsletter design, promotional web videos, sub-contractor hires, FTP management, and involvement with search engine optimization. 2008 - present
- Pepper Construction Company. Produced 40-minute industrial video capturing the construction of the Hammond Horseshoe Casino – ‘the world’s largest floating building’. Duties included videography of construction, on-site interviews, graphics, DVD authoring / packaging design, and voice-over recording. 2008-2010
- ESPN television. Utility. Assisted with various technical and administrative elements of live television broadcast of sporting events at Wrigley Field and U.S. Cellular Field. 2003-2005 (seasonal)
- Crown Fountain Project. Served as a member of the small camera crew responsible for shooting portraits and nature images in HD video now being projected on the iconic Crown Fountain in Millennium Park, Chicago. 2003-2004
- 2D Photo. Production assistant for print ad photo shoots for New York based advertising agency. Clients included Pella Windows and American Express. 2004-2005
- United Stations Radio Networks. Voice Actor. Frequently served as various voice personalities for staged radio station call-ins across the United States. 2004-2007
SOFTWARE/TECHNICAL SKILLS: Film and HD video camera experience, knowledge of cinematic lighting, sound, and cinematography. Experienced with green screen (color key) set-ups. Highly proficient, expert level use on both Mac and PC systems with the following software: Adobe Creative Suite applications: Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver, After Effects, Premiere; Final Cut Studio: Final Cut Pro HD, DVD Studio Pro, Soundtrack; ProTools. Hand and Vector-based drawing skills. Microsoft Office suite (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Very familiar with Mac OS X, iLife and iWork. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Wordpress.
